The service is available at no cost to the residents of Hargeisa, the capital of Somaliland.
SWLA established a call center in the nation’s capital for this purpose.
Those who need legal advice can call the organization’s hotline, which is 3096, anonymously and from the comfort of their houses.
The service is a great tool for millions of people around Hargeisa who are unable to afford fees to hire lawyers.
