Thousands of Somali pilgrims have arrived in Saudi Arabia for Hajj.
Official sources place the number of pilgrims from Somalia at 9,043.
They arrived in Saudi Arabia as of Sunday, June 18.
Hajj refers to the annual pilgrimage to Mecca.
This year’s event runs from June 26 to July 1.
