Three people lost their lives in an Al-Shabaab attack carried out in Jowhar town.
Members of the Al-Shabaab militia group launched a deadly attack in Jowhar town in the HirShabelle region on Sunday, July 17.
Two civilians are among those who lost their lives in the shocking attack.
President Ali Gudlawe, the leader of the regional state of HirShabelle, said that a soldier was also killed in the attack.
Seven individuals were injured too.
Those injured in the attack included two regional ministers. A regional Member of Parliament (MP) received injuries too.
