The Chairperson of the Transitional Puntland Electoral Commission (TPEC) held discussions with various leaders from the region.
Abdirisak A. Said, the TPEC Chairperson, met with President Said Abdullahi Deni of the regional state of Puntland.
Leaders of nine other political associations also attended the meeting, which took place on Sunday, July 31.
The TPEC leader discussed various issues with the political leaders.
They spoke about improving coordination among stakeholders as well as the completion of the local one-person-one-vote (1P1V) elections.
