Newly registered voters in Qandala received their voting cards on Sunday.
Officials from the Transitional Puntland Electoral Commission (TPEC) handed over the cards to voters in the coastal town.
Qandala Voters can now look forward to taking part in the upcoming local government elections (LGEs).
Qandala is to the far east of the regional state of Puntland.
