Turkey has condemned the recent deadly terrorist attacks in Somalia.
The East African nation was the scene of two deadly terrorist attacks by Al-Shabaab militants.
First, a terrorist attack took place in Marka followed closely by another one in Afgoye. Innocent civilians and government officers lost their lives in both attacks.
The two attacks took place on July 27.
Turkey condemned both of them the same day they took place.
Turkey’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs released a press statement condemning the twin attacks in the “strongest terms possible.”
It also wished Allah’s mercy upon those who died in the incidents and speedy recovery to the injured.
