Somalia and Turkey have formalized an agreement to commence hydrocarbon exploration in three onshore blocks within Somalia.
This development follows a successful meeting in Istanbul between Somalia’s Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Dahir Shire, and Turkish Energy Minister Alparslan Bayraktar.
