The new Turkish Ambassador to Somalia held talks on security in the country with senior officials in the Federal Government of Somalia.
Ambassador Alper Aktaş was at Villa Somalia for the discussions with Hussein Sheikh-Ali, the National Security Advisor.
Sheikh-Ali attended the discussions with officials who included his deputy and others in the security docket.
Their discussions revolved around security priorities as well as counterterrorism and the integral multifaceted support that Turkey provides to Somalia.
