The Turkish Embassy in Somalia hailed the “significant role” President Ahmed Abdi Kariye Qoorqoor of the semiautonomous state of Galmudug played in enhancing dialogue in Somalia.
Specifically, Qoorqoor’s role in the dialogue between Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) and Federal Member States (FMS) received immense praise.
Ambassador Mehmet Yilmaz made these comments when he hosted President Qoorqoor at the Embassy on Friday, November 20.
During the meeting, the two leaders discussed issues of mutual interest. They talked about the need for enhancing cooperation between Galmudug and Turkey.
