They were under the leadership of Gen. Ilhan Istanbullu, who is from the Ministry of Defense.
Gen. Istanbullu met with the Somali team that was under the leadership of Gen. Abas Amin.
Gen. Amin is the Deputy Chief of Somali Defense Forces.
He expressed gratitude to Turkey for the unwavering support extended to Somali military over the years.
