The United Kingdom is working closely with the Somalia Humanitarian Fund (SHF) to provide aid to over 4 million Somalis.
While acknowledging its contribution and that of SHF, the UK Embassy in Mogadishu also mentioned the sacrifices that aid workers make.
In its report during World Humanitarian Day, the UK Embassy added that humanitarian workers have repeatedly made life-saving interventions around the country.
