A minister from the United Kingdom has commended Somalia for making progress with its economic reforms.
Vicky Ford, the UK Minister for Development and a Member of Parliament (MP) for Chelmsford, commended Somalia on October 12.
She was speaking at the ongoing Heavily Indebted Poor Countries (HIPC).
Ford, who serves as Somalia’s debt relief champion, commended the East African nation for edging closer to debt relief.
