The United Kingdom has assured Somalia of increased support on humanitarian and debt relief.
The UK Embassy in Mogadishu said this on Saturday while ushering in Day 2 of the Eid al-Fitr celebrations.
The Embassy vowed to invest in three areas to actualise this support in the East African nation.
First, it’s to help Somalia to invest in clean energy.
Next, the UK would invest in climate finance.
It also intends to invest in environmental leadership throughout Somalia.
