The United Kingdom has called upon Somali students to apply for Chevening Scholarships.
According to the announcement by the UK government, applications are open from September 12 to November 7.
Mike Nithavrianakis, the UK Ambassador to Somalia, announced this on Wednesday.
Through the Chevening Scholarships, students get an opportunity to pursue a Master’s Degree at a UK university for a full year.
The scholarship caters to their tuition fees for a whole year.
“I urge as many Somali students as possible to apply for this life-changing opportunity,” said Ambassador Nithavrianakis.
