Mogadishu, Somalia – Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud on Tuesday officially received the newly appointed British Ambassador to Somalia, Charles King, at the State House in Mogadishu.
During the formal ceremony, Ambassador King presented his Letters of Credence to President Hassan, marking the beginning of his diplomatic mission in the country.
The United Kingdom remains a key partner to Somalia, supporting efforts in security, development, and humanitarian assistance. President Hassan welcomed Ambassador King and expressed hope for strengthened cooperation between the two nations.
