The United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) adopted a joint resolution focused on providing human rights assistance to Somalia.
In her keynote speech, Somalia’s Permanent Representative, Ambassador Khadra Duale, highlighted the country’s significant progress in human rights advancements and the development of the security sector.
This marks an important step in the international community’s commitment to supporting Somalia.
It continues to enhance Somalia’s human rights framework while ensuring security sector reforms in line with its broader national development objectives.
