The United Nations has published a report of its October activities in Somalia.
Through the UN Assistance Mission in Somalia (UNSOM), the organization released the report on Tuesday.
It undertook a number of activities this month.
These included preparing for floods, which are related to the heavy El Nino rains. It also put up several police stations in the country.
Displaced people can now enjoy shelter through the intervention of the UN too.
Furthermore, the organization launched a health center to cater to the needs of women and girls in the Horn of Africa nation.
