The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) will provide Somali girls and women rescued from Sudan with all the support they need.
Niyi Ojuolape, the Resident Representative for UNFPA in Somalia, said this on Sunday.
He was speaking at the Aden Adde International Airport in Mogadishu.
Ojuolape was at the airport together with government officials to welcome Somalis evacuated from Sudan.
He added that UNFPA would first evaluate the needs of the evacuees.
