The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) has launched a polio vaccination campaign in Jubbaland.
UNICEF launched the campaign jointly with Jubbaland’s Ministry of health.
The organization announced that the vaccination campaign, which kicked off on Thursday, would target around 500,000 children under the age of five.
It urged parents and guardians of children eligible for the vaccination not to miss it.
