USAID Concludes Bar Ama Baro Annual Meeting in Mogadishu

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has concluded its annual meeting for the steering committee of the Bar Ama Baro Project in Mogadishu.

This year’s Bar Ama Baro Annual Meeting for the project’s Steering Committee ended on Wednesday, September 7.

Bar Ama Baro is a USAID project designed to grant children and youth who are out of school access to quality education.

Different stakeholders sent their representatives to this year’s annual meeting.

Some of the stakeholders represented at the meeting included the federal Ministry of Education, Culture, and Higher Education.

Education ministries from the Federal Member States (FMS) sent their representatives to the meeting too.

USAID Somalia and Creative Associates International addressed the meeting.

They discussed priorities and ways of finding sustainable solutions for expanding access to quality education for Somali children and the youth.
