Ahmed Karash, the Vice President of Puntland, held a meeting with Djibouti’s Ambassador to Somalia on Sunday.
The two leaders met at the Presidential Palace in Puntland’s administrative capital of Garowe.
During the meeting, Karash discussed cooperation issues with Ambassador Aden Hassan between Somalia and Djibouti.
Typically, Djibouti and Somalia enjoy solid diplomatic relations.
In August, Puntland’s President Said Abdullahi Deni visited Djibouti at the invitation of President Ismail Omar Guelleh.
