Osman Ali has been elected as the newest member of the federal House of the People (Lower House) in elections held today.
Ali now fills the HOP269 seat that had been vacant since the passing of the late MP Abdirahman Mohamed (Jubba) in 2023.
His electoral victory marks an important step in ensuring representation for the constituents of HOP269 following the unfortunate death of MP Jubba.
