Warring Communities in Togdeer Sign Peace Agreement

Two warring communities in Somaliland’s Togdeer region signed a peace agreement.

The region has been beset by violence in recent times.

Mohamed Kahin Ahmed, the Minister of Interior, confirmed the latest development.

He welcomed the decision by members of the two communities to sign the peace agreement.

He reminded the communities of the importance of peaceful coexistence and stability.
