The Ministry of Women and Human Rights Development has launched a campaign to identify vulnerable people in Wajid District.
Hanifa Mohamed Ibrahim, the Minister of Women and Human Rights Development, announced these plans on January 6.
The minister said, “Our goal is to know the exact situation facing vulnerable communities in Wajid District.”
She also announced that the ministry would soon return to take more time to learn the needs of the women and people with disabilities in the region.
Ibrahim was speaking in the region on Wednesday when she visited the region with several senior officials from her ministry.
