Yemeni Minister Impressed by Visit to Somalia

A Yemeni minister has expressed delight at his recent official visit to Somalia.

Ahmad Awad bin Mubarak, the Yemeni Minister of Foreign Affairs, has been in Somalia on a three-day official visit.

On Thursday, he left the East African nation to travel back to Yemen.

While departing, bin Mubarak stated that the people of Somalia would remain in his heart forever.

He called Somalia a “special place.”

During his time in the Horn of Africa nation, bin Mubarak added that he had witnessed the “real will and determination” of Somalis.

He commended Somalis for dusting off the effects of war and focusing on rebuilding their nation.

Mubarak encouraged them to continue pursuing security and stability.
