A young Mogadishu man with special needs has called upon Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre to fulfill his promises to him.
Amiin Yare Hassan urged the Prime Minister to remember the promises he gave him a few days ago.
Hassan said Prime Minister Barre promised to get him a job.
He added that the Prime Minister also offered to help him with his medical needs, which appears insurmountable at the moment.
According to Hassan, Prime Minister Barre issued these promises twice but has yet to keep his word.
