The Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) announced the formation of a team comprising officials from the 13 ministries.
Farhan Jimale, the official government spokesperson, relayed the information to the public on Thursday, September 22.
He spoke a few moments after the Council of Cabinet met under the leadership of Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre at Villa Somalia in Mogadishu.
