The World Food Programme (WFP) has concluded that over 23 million people face a hunger crisis in the Horn of Africa region.
Specifically, WFP added that the bulk of those facing hunger are in Somalia, Ethiopia, Djibouti, and Kenya.
WFP said this in its latest report published on Monday, April 10.
The region has faced drought due to failed rains over the last 4-5 consecutive years.
