Three heads of state and government have arrived in Mogadishu for a crucial regional summit on counterterrorism.
President William Ruto, President Ismail Omar Guelleh, and Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed of Kenya, Djibouti, and Ethiopia respectively arrived in Mogadishu early on Wednesday.
The three leaders are scheduled to join their host President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud for the 1-day Somalia-Frontline States Summit.
President Mohamud will lead his colleagues in discussing ways of achieving enhanced regional security cooperation.
