The three most critically injured victims of the recent terror attack in Mogadishu’s Lido Beach will be transported abroad for medical treatment.
The Commissioner of the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SODMA), Mahamuud Moallim, announced this when he visited the wounded victims of the recent terrorist attack at Lido Beach.
Moallim visited those currently receiving treatment at Erdogan Hospital in Mogadishu.
During his visit, the commissioner announced that three of the most critically injured victims would be transported overseas for advanced medical treatment.
The government would cater for their treatment through SODMA.
The purpose of taking them overseas is to ensure they receive the specialized care they need.
Dozens of people lost their lives during the recent Lido Beach attack while hundreds more were injured.
