Seven foreigners were charged in a Somalia court over their ties with a terrorist group.
The foreigners appeared before a court in the regional state of Puntland on Wednesday.
They included six Moroccans and one Ethiopian.
They are accused of training with Islamic State with a view to carry out terror attacks in the country.
However, their lawyer asked the court to deport them to their countries of origin.
According to the lawyer, they ended up training with Islamic State after receiving wrong instructions.
