Airstrike by Kenyan Military in Gedo Kills Five People

An airstrike by the Kenyan military in the Gedo region has left five civilians dead.

Reports from the Gedo region indicate that Kenyan military forces carried out airstrikes in several areas.

The attacks took place on June 22.

According to locals, the airstrikes left five people dead. Two young children were among those who lost their lives in the attack.

The attack is the second deadly one by Kenyan forces in the recent past.

A few days ago, military personnel from Kenya carried out an air raid that left several pastoralists and their animals dead.

Dozens of camels and goats died in the first attack.
