The Arab League Parliament has approved the decision to endorse Hamza Abdi Barre’s appointment as the new Prime Minister of Somalia.
Adel Bin Abdul Rahman Al Asoomi, the President of the Arab League Parliament, congratulated Somali legislators for approving Prime Minister Barre’s appointment.
Asoomi expressed hope that Prime Minister Barre would exercise his duties while adhering to the laws and constitution of the country.
The Arab League Parliament leader expressed his belief that Prime Minister Barre would serve the country exceptionally.
Somalia is also a member of the Arab League.
