Bardhere has recorded fresh floods.
The floods were reported on Sunday.
The town was just recovering from similar floods witnessed last month.
Last month’s floods led to the deaths of 20 people.
It displaced hundreds of people too.
Locals said that they had witnessed water gushing out of the local streets and residential homes.
