Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre was at Mogadishu’s Lido Beach on Monday evening to inspect security measures installed at the place.
During the visit, Prime Minister Barre interacted with members of public on a wide variety of issues affecting them.
The Prime Minister commended security officers and agencies for the measures put in place to improve security in the beach.
In recent years, Lido Beach has become a popular destination for locals and foreigners who need serene places for relaxation at night.
