Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre launched the construction of a vital road in Kismayo.
The Prime Minister was at Jubbaland’s administrative capital to lay the foundation stone at the site where the road will be.
He was together with Jubbaland’s President Ahmed Islam Madobe.
Prime Minister Barre has been in Kismayo since the weekend inspecting a number of projects and holding talks with Madobe and other local leaders.
