Mohamed Beenebeene chaired a meeting of senior officials from the Ministry of Planning, Investment and Economic Development.
Beenebeene, the minister in charge of this docket, chaired the meeting held to discuss several issues pertaining to the ministry.
Issues discussed included formulation of Somalia’s National Transformation Plan (NTP).
Furthermore, Beenebeene and the senior personnel from the ministry discussed the Action Plan on Solutions and Pathways for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs).
The significant increase in foreign direct investments (FDIs) featured in their meeting.
Beenebeene led his senior officers in discussing the country’s economic outlook too.
