President Muse Bihi Abdi of Somaliland has left the country to embark on an official visit of Djibouti.
The plane carrying President Bihi left Hargeisa Airport on Wednesday, December 23.
He leaves after President Ismail Omar Guelleh of Djibouti invited him to tour Somaliland officially.
