Somaliland’s President Muse Bihi Abdi held a meeting on September 8 with delegation from the World Bank.
Bihi’s meeting with the World Bank delegation, which was led by Kristina Svensson, took place at the Presidential Palace in Hargeisa.
The two leaders discussed the country’s economic outlook.
Several cabinet ministers in President Bihi’s administration attended the meeting.
President Bihi’s special economic adviser also turned up for the discussion.
Somaliland has made great strides financially and economically. It owes much of its success to the support received from global institutions such as the World Bank.
