Further, President Bihi assured the public of his commitment to ensuring that Somaliland’s presidential elections would be based on the party system.
He was speaking at a press conference held in Hargeisa on Wednesday.
He added that Somaliland cannot afford to go through every five years without holding parliamentary or presidential elections.
