A date has been set for the case between the Puntland Attorney General and eight Members of Parliament (MPs) over the loss of parliamentary immunity.
Last week, Puntland House of Representatives voted to deny the eight MPs some of the parliamentary privileges they enjoy, such as immunity.
However, the legislators took the Attorney General to court over the matter.
Now, the Puntland Supreme Court has set December 10, 2020 as the date for hearing the matter from the parliamentarians.
