The death toll from the recent bombing in a Mogadishu market has risen to 12.
Authorities confirmed that the number of people who have lost their lives from the bombing of Bakara Market in Mogadishu now stands at 12.
The market was the target of a deadly bombing on Tuesday this week.
Two major hospitals in the vicinity also provided more information regarding the number of people injured in the blast.
According to their records, 41 people were injured in the bombing.
Officials from the Somali government believe the attack is the work of Al-Shabaab militants.
