President Said Abdullahi Deni of the semiautonomous state of Puntland held a meeting with Abdullahi Abukar, the Minister of Education in the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS).
Deni met Abukar on the sidelines of ongoing discussions with Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble, who is in the region for a series of meetings to discuss a few contentious issues.
Abdullahi Hassan, Puntland’s Minister of Education and Higher Education, attended the meeting at the presidential palace in Garowe.
The meeting took place on Saturday, December 12.
