President Said Abdullahi Deni has welcomed Jubaland’s President Ahmed Islam Madobe to Puntland.
Deni received the Jubaland leader at the Garowe airport on Monday, November 15.
While welcoming his fellow regional state leader, President Deni expressed his pleasure at Madobe’s visit.
President Deni and President Madobe are expected to hold a series of talks on wide-ranging issues.
Insiders say that they will discuss the upcoming parliamentary elections.
The two leaders then moved to the Presidential Palace in Garowe to kick off the series of discussions.
