Senior government officials hosted dinner for traditional elders from Sool region.
The dinner was on Wednesday evening at Villa Somalia.
President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud and Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre joined the elders.
The elders have been in Mogadishu for several weeks now.
Their purpose was to hold talks with various leaders to find lasting solutions to the Las Anod clashes.
