Djiboutian doctors have arrived in Somalia to help provide victims of the recent terror attack in Somalia with medical care.
The plane carrying the medics landed at the Aden Adde International Airport in Mogadishu on Thursday.
The doctors would join their Somali counterparts in treating people injured in the attack that terrorists carried out at K-5 Junction in the nation’s capital on Saturday, October 29.
The attack left over 100 people dead and more than 300 injured.
Many of those injured have been flown to Mogadishu.
Others were airlifted to Turkey for advanced medical attention.
The Djiboutian team arrived with medicine, medical supplies, and other essential donations from their government.
They arrived in response to the appeal by Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud for help from the international community.
