Ambassador Mukhtar Mohamed Ware has apologized for his recent remarks on Somalia.
Ware, the Ethiopian Ambassador to Somalia, published his apology on X (formerly Twitter) on Sunday.
He termed his recent remarks on Somalia as “misguided.”
Amb. Ware added that his comments were never designed to harm the relationship between Ethiopia and Somalia.
He reiterated his deep commitment to strengthen the ties between the neighboring nations.
