A former civil servant has handed over a cheque worth $12,500 to the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation.
Abdirahman Hussein Weheliye handed over the check to officials of the ministry on Wednesday.
The money was for a lorry that he took from the ministry back in the 1990s.
He later sold the lorry.
Weheliye estimated that the money he handed over to the ministry is what the lorry is worth today.
