President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmaajo received credentials from new European Union (EU) and Chinese ambassadors to Somalia.
Farmaajo received the credentials on Tuesday, September 7 at the Presidential Palace.
Tiina Intelman is the new EU Ambassador to Somalia. Fei Shengchao is the new Chinese Ambassador to Somalia.
Intelman has taken over from Nicolas Berlanga, whose tenure as the EU Ambassador to Somali ended last month.
The EU and China are two of Somalia’s most important allies.
