The House of Representatives has been urged to approve the new cabinet appointed by Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble fast.
President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmaajo made this appeal on Tuesday October 20 while addressing the newly appointed cabinet ministers.
Roble’s cabinet is full of new and old faces.
He has opted to mix the cabinet up by including new faces while retaining those who served under Hassan Ali Khaire, his predecessor.
Farmaajo encouraged the Speaker of the House of Representatives to work closely with the Members of Parliament to approve Roble’s cabinet.
He reminded the parliamentarians that time to prepare for elections in December 2020 and February 2021 is running out.
